About our Classes

FALL 2019: Sept. 3 – Nov. 10

Classes meet once per week for 60 minutes. Tuesday and Wednesday classes meet 10 weeks. Monday, Thursday and Sunday meet 9 weeks. We offering rolling enrollment allowing athletes to sign up mid-session. Tuition automatically prorates at checkout for 9-week options as well as late signups.

$50 annual registration fee required for new athletes. Classes require pre-registration either online or at the front desk. Some classes may be full and you will be waitlisted. If you do not receive an approved enrollment request via email, please check with registration.
All classes require a minimum of three participants. Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be cancelled. If a class is cancelled, we will do our best to re-enroll athletes in a class with similar skills work.
There are no refunds for missed classes. You are allowed two makeup classes per session which must be scheduled before the last day of the session. A “makeup” is enrollment in a similar class offered that session and must be arranged through the front desk. You cannot schedule makeups online.
Account credit will be considered if an athlete is injured. A doctor’s note prohibiting participation must be submitted. Credit begins from the date of doctor’s order. Any classes attended after diagnosis date will deem the note null and void.

Cheer Tumbing, Stunting and Stretch

GymTyme Illinois offers instruction in class and clinic settings. Classes are scheduled in multi-week blocks whereas clinics can be taken one session at a time. Classes run for 60 minutes, once per week. Clinics may be up to 2 hours and we often invite special guest instructors from other gyms to come in and train with athletes. Clinics are typically scheduled on weekends and holiday breaks.

Clinics and classes are open to anyone wishing to participate. You do not need to be a current member of GymTyme Illinois to enroll, however you must meet the minimum skill prerequisites if indicated. All Star team athletes follow our level-tumbling skills progression system and should enroll in the recommended classes for their level and skill set. We offer:

Classes and clinics are priced according to class length, skill offered and instructor. Private instruction is also available. Please contact the coach you wish to train with directly.

Fitness Classes

GymTyme Illinois offers general fitness classes that are available to the entire GymTyme community. Classes are available on select weeknights and Sunday afternoons with options for all fitness levels.
